Have you ever wanted to be a leader? Do you want to get better at Public speaking? If these interest you then I would recommend joining the PLC (Patrol Leader Council). The PLC meets once a month to plan out future events for the entire troop. This is why being part of PLC is highly encouraged because then you get to pick to do some of your favorite activities with the troop.

The first thing you should do if you are interested in joining the PLC is see if that position is already filled. If that position isn't filled yet then you move on to step two, talking to the SPL (Senior Patrol Leader). You will have the chance to talk to our current SPL, Jared Bryant at the end or beginning of any meeting and/or campout about joining the PLC and the position you would like to fulfill.
