After the younger scouts and some of the more older scouts enjoyed their time at Camp Suzi, the rest of the older Scouts departed for North Carolina. The drive there was uneventful and we stopped for lunch at Benny's. On the day of our arrival we got settled into the camp, got a small tour of the grounds and met our counselors for the week. (Shout out to Timmie!!!!) Surprisingly enough we actually had to share our camp with another camp. Throughout the week we enjoyed going swimming in the ocean, learning how to jet ski, fishing in the ocean, boating, tubbing, and some of us even got to drive the boat ;). We also got to enjoy heading out to some local towns, visiting tones of different museums, the local dollar general, Fort Macon, and the aquarium!
